Send in Your Check for the Annual Meeting and Dinner
The meeting/dinner is on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Mimi’s Café, 1221 Ashford Crossing, Atlanta, GA 30346, near Perimeter Mall.
A social period will begin at 2:00 PM with $5.00 drink specials: house wine, Sangria (red or white) and Mimosa’s. Of course, one may order any beverage of choice at Mimi’s regular price.
Dinner will be served at 2:30 PM with the meeting following at approximately 3:30 PM, ending by 4:30 PM. Members are not required to attend the social or dinner, but are encouraged to attend the business meeting. Please call Barbara Shields, 770-981-3625, if you plan to attend the meeting only. We want to be sure to have enough seats for everyone.
To attend the dinner, mail a check made payable to FFGA for $20.00 for each person with their menu choices to Barbara Shields at 4681 Mercer Road, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 no later than Monday, October 10th. Also tell Barbara your selections for supper :
*House salad with vinaigrette dressing or Caesar salad with Parmesan dressing or cup of tomato basil soup or cup of corn chowder. Salads come dressed but can be ordered plain.
*Entrée: Grilled Atlantic Salmon Salad or Grilled Chicken & Frites or Chicken Tillamook Cheddar Mac or Slow-Roasted Turkey.
*Dessert: Strawberry crepe cake or birthday crepe cake.
Price includes tax& gratuity for a full three course meal of soup or salad, entrée, dessert and non alcoholic beverages.
Bring your old eyeglasses with you for the Lion’s Club donation.

To confirm your interest in participating, a deposit of $200.00 per person is due by NOVEMBER 1, 2016. Checks are to be made out to FFGA. Send the sooner, the better since you will be given some priority on the selection as ambassadors.
Please complete the Friendship Force Ambassador and Agreement for each person and mail it along with the check to:
